Agile coaching

As a certified agile coach, scrum master and design thinking coach, I have also been working as a freelance agile coach since the beginning of 2021. Before that, I worked in the HR department in a very agile environment for several years.

Here I learned to deal with different personalities and different hierarchical levels and discovered my passion for various agile methods such as Scrum and Design Thinking.

With a sure instinct and a good understanding of people, I coach individuals and groups in order to consolidate the agile mindset. Together with my customers, I develop suitable strategies for introducing various agile methodologies. It is particularly important to me that every employee is picked up and can work safely with the agile method they have learned.
